Why do your prices vary?

Because every project is different. A simple garden wall on level ground costs less than a retaining wall on a slope. Old brickwork might need gentle handling. Access affects labour time. We price based on reality, not templates.

Do you charge for quotes?

No. Site visits and quotes are free. We'll assess what you need, give you a fixed price, and explain exactly what's included. No pressure, no obligation.

What if you find more work once you start?

We don't. We survey properly before quoting. If there's genuinely something we couldn't see (hidden damage behind render, for example), we stop, show you, and discuss options. No surprise charges.

Can I supply my own materials?

Yes, but we'd recommend against it. We buy at trade prices and know what works. If you supply materials and they're wrong or insufficient, it delays the job and costs more overall.
